The Colorescience Professional Relations Coordinator is a motivated, resourceful professional who takes ownership, communicates well and knows how to keep work moving. This role is ideal for someone who has already built a strong foundation in a professional environment and is ready to grow their experience in skincare, aesthetics and professional relations.

The Professional Relations Coordinator helps bring this mission to life through cross-functional work spanning Sales, Marketing, Community Relations, Clinical Studies and Education.


All candidates must reside in the San Diego Area, ideally North County.


What It Takes to Be a Colorescience Professional Relations Coordinator


The Colorescience Professional Relations Coordinator is a motivated, resourceful professional who takes ownership, communicates well and knows how to keep work moving. This role is ideal for someone who has already built a strong foundation in a professional environment and is ready to grow their experience in skincare, aesthetics and professional relations. We are looking for someone who:


  • Takes initiative, recognizes what needs to be done and moves work forward without waiting for every next step to be assigned.
  • Can work independently while knowing when to collaborate, ask questions or bring forward a potential solution.
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and details without losing sight of priorities.
  • Communicates clearly, professionally and confidently in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Builds strong working relationships across teams and is comfortable communicating with external professional partners.
  • Learns new systems and processes quickly and is comfortable adapting as priorities evolve.
  • Brings a solutions-oriented mindset and can assess an issue, gather the right information and determine an appropriate next step.
  • Has experience using Canva, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
  • Experience with Zoom, and Vimeo is a plus.
  • Brings professional experience in skincare, aesthetics, beauty, healthcare or a related field, with an interest in professional education, marketing and business-to-business environments.
  • Contributes as a collaborative team member while maintaining accountability for their own work and follow-through.


Professional Relations Coordinator Helps Drive GROWTH


As Colorescience continues to grow and expand within the Professional Market, the Professional Relations Coordinator plays an important role in connecting professionals to the brand from initial engagement through ongoing education and participation. Through lead management, digital communications, professional education and the Colorescience Professional Academy, this role helps drive acquisition, engagement and continued connection with Colorescience.


Responsibilities include:


  • Coordinate new partner interest webinar logistics, including registration, communications, execution and follow-up.
  • Support lead automation and perform Salesforce quality control to help ensure accurate, actionable lead data.
  • Manage lead retargeting email communications and follow-up initiatives.
  • Coordinate lead and event box fulfillment and related logistics.
  • Track and analyze monthly lead activity, performance and key metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support content planning and posting for the Colorescience Professional Relations LinkedIn presence to increase professional awareness and engagement.
  • Help drive growth and engagement with the Colorescience Professional Academy through learner acquisition, communications, ongoing participation and educational initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain Colorescience Professional Academy content, including course updates, uploads, organization and ongoing platform accuracy.
  • Monitor Professional Academy engagement and performance metrics to help identify opportunities to increase participation and strengthen the professional learning experience.


Professional Relations Coordinator supports the way we GAIN.


At Colorescience, science is at the foundation of how we innovate, educate and support our product claims. The Professional Relations Coordinator partners with our clinical study team to support study execution, ensure clear communication with study sites, and help maintain the integrity and flow of study information and materials. 


Responsibilities Include:

  • Organize and maintain clinical study data, documentation and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate with study centers to support study timelines, logistics, communications and required materials.
  • Help track study progress, deliverables and follow-up needs to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support the preparation and organization of study-related information for internal teams and professional education needs.

The Professional Relations Coordinator plays an important role in supporting these communities and professional relationships through:


  • Facilitate engagement and communications across our professional communities.
  • Support the production of professional content across formats, including blogs, social posts, videos and other educational content
  • Track community activity, contributions and visibility.
  • Organize KNOW BETTER SKIN Podcast creative needs and episode-related logistics.
  • Contribute to professional society, foundation and industry organization initiatives, including communications, event coordination and program deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of professional relationships, activities, commitments and follow-up to ensure strong execution across programs.
