AgSwag is the provider of the best custom swag in agriculture, offering custom embroidery, screen printing, promotional products, original AgSwag custom designs and more. Products AgSwag offers ranges from Carhatt Coolers to Nike Polos to Seed Depth Tools. We provide swag for the top companies in agriculture. As our business has been quickly taking off, we are looking to grow all departments. We take pride in producing high-quality products with attention to detail and craftsmanship. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced production team.

Position Summary


As a Production & Laser Engraving Associate, you'll play a key role in creating custom products from start to finish. This position combines technology, craftsmanship, and production. You'll operate laser engraving equipment, prepare artwork, work with leather and other materials, press custom apparel, and help ensure every order meets AgSwag's quality standards.

No previous laser experience is requiredโ€”we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, pays attention to detail, and enjoys learning.


Responsibilities


  • Prepare artwork and production files using Adobe Illustrator and Epilog Laser software
  • Operate COโ‚‚ and fiber laser engraving machines
  • Engrave and cut a variety of materials including:
  • Leather
  • Wood
  • Acrylic
  • Metal
  • Tumblers
  • Knives
  • Other custom products
  • Prepare and stage materials for production
  • Clean and finish leather patches after engraving
  • Press leather patches onto hats
  • Heat press custom transfers onto apparel
  • Assist with leather work including cutting, dyeing, sewing, and gluing as needed
  • Help monitor inventory levels of production materials and notify management when supplies need reordered
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
  • Assist other production departments when needed, including embroidery
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
  • Be a dependable and positive member of the AgSwag team


Qualifications


Preferred:

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, print shops, engraving, embroidery, apparel decoration, woodworking, or similar hands-on work
  • Experience operating machinery or production equipment
