DESCRIPTION
The Engraving Operator will operate galvo- and gantry-based lasers to produce high-quality engravings on various products. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, are comfortable translating digital designs into precise engravings, and show familiarity with LightBurn software.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise alignment and placement
  • Comfortable using computers and software for engraving workflows
  • Ability to follow procedures, maintain safety practices, and adapt in a production environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset
  • Experience with galvo- and/or gantry-based lasers strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with LightBurn/EZcad software preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of laser engraving experience preferred
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
  • Regular standing and fine-motor work; minimal heavy lifting
  • Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds occasionally (materials, jigs, trays)
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks requiring visual acuity and hand precision
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season
