Job description

The Mechanical Engraving production department creates beautiful, personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates assist in a production line using engraving equipment to personalize each unique gift. Manufacturing Associates will inspect products, load, and unload fixtures, operate machinery, and adhere to all PMall safety guidelines and standards.
1st Shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 hourly
Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
Operate mechanical engraving equipment to produce products, we use Gravotech Rotary Engraving Machines
Operate equipment used in other production areas as needed.
Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on all production equipment within department.
Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for increasing productivity.
Report any quality or equipment issues.
Take direction from supervisor/manager.
Reads and matches item label to customer's request.
Ability to match colors, words, and products.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as be a team player.
Ensure all materials are ready for equipment as needed.
Continuously check quality.
Reports to department supervisor or assigned POC.
Attendance and punctuality are crucial.
Follows company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.

  • Experience with Gravotech or Newing-Hall rotary engraving equipment is highly desirable

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $15.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
