Ivy Plumbing is seeking a Part-Time Experienced Office Coordinator to join our growing residential service plumbing company.
The primary responsibilities of this position include answering incoming customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and assisting with general office operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks throughout the day.
Position Details:
• Part-Time
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Hybrid position with work-from-home opportunities available after successful completion of training and demonstrated performance
• Initial training will be conducted in-office
• Weekly in-person meetings required
• Potential for advancement into a full-time position for the right candidate
Primary Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Maintain customer records and job information
• Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed
• Support daily office operations

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration
• Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, or home service industries
• Experience with Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, or similar software
• Social media, marketing, or content creation experience is a plus
