Job description

Summary:
The Reservation Call Center Agent communicates with guests, travel agents, and referral networks to book reservations for upcoming visits. They will also provide outstanding guest service based on Company Standards by responding to incoming guest calls and inquiries in a friendly manner. Individuals must possess strong communication and listening skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work together and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Book reservations for guests and travel agents.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Provide information on availability, accommodation, and amenities.
  • Accurately enter reservations using automated systems.
  • Promote hotel services and offerings to potential guests.
  • Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:
  • 6 + months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
  • Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
