We are looking for a Whole Home Generac generator Sales Representative who is serious about helping homeowners avoid the burden of electrical utility outages. This is an exciting opportunity to represent industry-leading products and be part of a team that's helping shape the future of standby power
Position Overview
As a Whole Home Generac generator Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting on-site assessments, delivering customized proposals, and guiding clients through the standby power options. You will play a key role in expanding our residential whole home standby power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new residential Generac generators
  • Educate homeowners on the financial and lifestyle benefits of whole home backup power
  • Conduct site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation
  • Prepare and present professional, tailored proposals to potential customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and site assessments
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
