Job description

***This is NOT a job with ForceBrands***

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven consumer brand in the home fragrance space to identify a Product Development Manager to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role within an entrepreneurial company experiencing strong year-over-year growth across both DTC and national retail channels.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing products to life, and can confidently manage multiple moving pieces across the product development lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage product development timelines from concept through launch

• Coordinate cross-functional communication across operations, design, suppliers, manufacturing, and leadership

• Support seasonal assortment launches and retailer-exclusive programs

• Manage product data, documentation, timelines, and launch readiness

• Partner with both domestic manufacturers and external vendor partners

• Help improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency as the company scales

• Track deliverables, proactively identify bottlenecks, and keep projects moving forward

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in product development, commercialization, project management, or product operations within a consumer products company

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Highly proactive, autonomous, and execution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working in a founder-led, high-growth environment

• Strong communicator who can influence and coordinate across teams

Additional details:

• Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence preferred (DFW area)

• Consumer products experience required; home/fragrance experience is a plus but not mandatory

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational and creative sides of bringing products to market and wants to grow alongside a scaling consumer brand.
