Rockland Sports Construction (RSC) is a specialized sports construction company focused exclusively on building, renovating, and maintaining high-performance racquet and athletic facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Rockland Sports Construction is seeking reliable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience and are dependable team players who take pride in their work.
We pay a competitive hourly rate of $20-$28 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Perform demolition and site preparation work
  • Assist with sports court, turf, and hardscape installations
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite
  • Follow safety procedures and work as part of a crew
Qualifications
  • Demolition experience preferred
  • Court construction, turf installation, or athletic facility experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Available for overtime and occasional weekends
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, rollers, or similar equipment preferred
  • CDL preferred plus
Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Employment is contingent upon completion of I-9 / E-Verify requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screening, as required by project or client
