Residential Homes Superintendent needed to supervise various subcontractors/trades during construction of multiple houses ongoing within 1 location near Kansas City, Missouri. The person will also help manage overall jobsite. Must be able to work independently and mostly alone with staff support from St Charles based headquarters. Prior house construction and supervisory experience required.
