Job description

We are seeking an Engineering Manager at PSI to lead our engineering team in delivering innovative and efficient solutions that enhance operational performance. The Engineering Manager will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and team development while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include managing engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required.
  • Minimum 7 years engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including leadership experience.
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
