Our newest offering, the O2M Gameplan, is an executive-level strategic planning engagement designed to help business owners and leadership teams assess business health, identify growth constraints, and build a clear 12-month roadmap for execution.
We are hiring an Account Executive to join our Revenue Team. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role responsible for leading discovery conversations, qualifying opportunities, and closing new business for the O2M Gameplan. This role works closely with our internal leadership and delivery teams to ensure a strong handoff from sales to execution.
This position is part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as pipeline and deal volume grow. This position pays $36,000-$45,000 (DOE) + commission.

Key Duties:
Sales & Client Engagement- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Lead discovery calls with SMB owners and leadership teams
- Identify client needs, challenges, and strategic priorities
- Clearly communicate the value of the O2M Gameplan
Qualification & Pipeline Management- Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine fit
- Apply defined qualification criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and deal notes
- Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales process
Closing & Revenue Generation- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through signed agreement
- Present recommendations and proposals to prospective clients
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward decision-making
- Meet or exceed defined revenue and close rate targets
Collaboration & Handoff- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
- Communicate client expectations, scope, and key insights to the delivery team
- Provide feedback to leadership on messaging, positioning, and market response
Process Improvement- Contribute to refining sales scripts, messaging, and qualification criteria
- Share insights from client conversations to improve go-to-market strategy
- Help build repeatable, scalable sales processes
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Proven experience closing deals in a consultative or services-based environment
- Experience selling consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Background working with small to midsize businesses (SMB market)
- Comfortable engaging with business owners, executives, and leadership teams
- Lead generation a plus, but not required
- Strong ability to lead discovery conversations and uncover business needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
