Is AI taking over illustration jobs?

AI is increasingly used in illustration, automating certain tasks and generating images, but it has not fully replaced human abstract artists. What is a From Home Abstract Artist?

A From Home Abstract Artist is an artist who creates abstract artwork, such as paintings, drawings, or digital pieces, from their own home studio rather than a traditional gallery or external workspace. Their work typically focuses on shapes, colors, and forms rather than realistic depictions. These artists often sell their creations online, participate in virtual exhibitions, or take commissions. Working from home allows for flexibility and creative freedom, but also requires self-motivation and business skills to promote and sell their art.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a From Home Abstract Artist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a From Home Abstract Artist, you need strong artistic ability, creativity, and a solid understanding of design principles, often supported by a portfolio showcasing your work. Familiarity with digital art tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Procreate, as well as knowledge of online marketplaces and social media platforms for selling art, is beneficial.
