Location: Mendham, New Jersey
Starting Date: This role follows the school district calendar for the 2026-2027 school year
Hours:
  • After Care Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm EST
Job Description:
Looking for a rewarding part-time job where you can inspire, mentor, and have fun every day? At Apollo After School, we believe the hours after school are some of the most important in a child's day. What You'll Do:
    • Supervise and ensure the safety of students.
    • Lead engaging games, STEM, arts & crafts, sports, and enrichment activities.
    • Help create a fun, positive, and inclusive environment.
    • Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and school staff.
    • Encourage teamwork, creativity, confidence, and respect.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • We encourage Career and Professional Development. We welcome candidates from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds, including:
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience working with children in schools, camps, childcare centers, tutoring programs, sports, enrichment programs, or youth organizations is highly preferred.
    • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
    • Training in relevant childcare subjects

    • Applicants must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
