Join a supportive care team where your compassion and dedication can brighten someoneโ€™s day. We are hiring caring professionals for daytime caregiving opportunities, assisting seniors in West Seattle, South Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and nearby communities. In this role, youโ€™ll provide personalized support, encourage independence, and build meaningful connections in clientsโ€™ homes โ€” including homes with friendly pets. We welcome dependable individuals who are comfortable around animals and bring warmth, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Hourly Earnings: Earn $23โ€“$25/hr depending on experience and certifications

Available shifts: Day shifts of 4โ€“8 hours, preference for weekends

What This Role Offers:

  • Steady weekly pay to help you feel financially secure and supported

  • Medical benefits and paid time off, including vacation and sick days, to take care of your health and rest

  • Ongoing training, practical skill-building, and clear opportunities to grow your caregiving career

  • Reimbursement for mileage when traveling between client homes and scheduled visits

  • Referral rewards when you introduce compassionate people who want to make a difference in care

Who Fits This Role:

  • A valid driverโ€™s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients

  • CNA or HCA certification required

  • Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

How Youโ€™ll Support Clients Daily:

  • Build meaningful relationships through friendly companionship and consistent emotional support that encourage comfort and trust

  • Assist with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and routine activities while preserving dignity and respect

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home through light housekeeping and general household assistance

  • Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community activities that support independence and connection

  • Deliver dependable, attentive care focused on safety, comfort, and enhancing the overall quality of life

Provide consistent, compassionate companionship that helps older adults feel comfortable, valued, and truly connected, while working alongside a supportive team committed to thoughtful, person-centered care. Each visit is an opportunity to share kindness, respect, and reassuranceโ€”turning everyday moments into meaningful support.
