Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation package includes starting base salary between $150,000 - $180,000 with 23% monthly no-negative production, along with sign-on bonus available as well. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, health savings/flexible spending), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance with additional PTO allotted, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.
Location: We are located in Katy, TX, a gorgeous, award-winning community, which provides numerous activities and opportunities for young professionals and their families, and we are just 20 miles west of Houston which further expands cultural and personal opportunities. Our clinic is very involved in the community and there will be opportunities for new associates to participate many worthwhile activities such as community education, charity, pro-bono, and rescue work.
