Job description

onsemi is seeking a Manufacturing MES Technician, at our Nampa, Idaho site. You will be called upon for Camstar, SPACE, APC, and RMS expertise to support CFA and Probe operations.  You will be responsible, with the other 1st Shift MES team members, for managing MES requests for the onsemi Manufacturing team at the Nampa facility.  You will own and be responsible for maintaining operating procedures for the MES systems.  As part of the MES team, you will be responsible for working on and deploying roadmap program projects to add additional functionality and efficiency at the Nampa site.  Additionally, you will assist all manufacturing teams in Nampa with troubleshooting errors and special requests.

In this position, you will also interface with MOS and the Image Sensing Group (ISG): Yields, RnD, Test, Probe, and NPI teams to set up new part types and assist engineering on projects and other requests.    

This position will work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am- 5 pm

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in manufacturing FAB
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows OS, Excel, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint)
  • Understanding of MES systems: Camstar, SPACE, APC, RMS or related applications
  • Understanding of statistical process control (SPC)
  • Excellent data summary and analytical skills
  • Strong approach for troubleshooting
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
