Position Overview
Always Fresh Farms is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the expansion of our fresh berry programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fresh produce sales, account management, and supply coordination, with a strong understanding of market trends within the berry category. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Always Fresh Farmsโ€™ products, particularly within the berry category.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning, pricing analysis, and market development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Support year-round sales programs for strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, growers, and operations to ensure product availability and customer fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, supply conditions, and pricing dynamics within the fresh berry and produce markets.
  • Communicate relevant market insights to customers and internal teams.
  • Deliver exceptional service by acting as a trusted partner to customers.
  • Provide timely communication regarding product availability, quality, and market conditions.
  • Work closely with growers, logistics teams, and operations to ensure efficient product movement and order fulfillment.

Qualifications
