Job description

We are a growing local fresh produce distribution company now taking applications for FULL-TIME delivery drivers.

Sawyers Produce is a family-owned, wholesale produce company located in Rock Hill, SC for over 30 years. We currently serve areas within an approximate radius of 100 miles from Charlotte, NC.

We are looking for friendly, hard-working team members with excellent communication & people skills to make local daily deliveries.
Responsibilities:

· Deliver products to assigned customer locations in a timely manner. Daily routes consist of several stops arranged for efficiency.

· Load and unload delivery vehicle

· Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle and maintain safe operation of vehicle

· Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials

Before applying, please make sure you meet these qualifications:

· You have a valid driver’s license and possess a clean driving record for past 10 years.

· You are able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

· You can handle a physical workload up to 50 lbs.

· You are available for full-time work (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).

· You are motivated and are deadline-oriented.

· You have experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields. Restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required.
