We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shore Concierge Manager to support the Shore Concierge Manager in overseeing shore excursion operations, delivering personalized guest services, and ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the management of shore excursion programs and daily shore concierge operations.
  • Provide personalized destination recommendations, port information, and tour guidance to guests.
  • Conduct guest consultations and assist with port briefings.
  • Coordinate with tour operators and local partners to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop Shore Concierge team members.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and departmental administration.
  • Support revenue generation while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Act as Shore Concierge Manager when required.


Qualifications


  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, travel, or cruise operations preferred.
  • Strong guest service, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong destination knowledge and understanding of shore excursion operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
