Job description

The Area Director role will oversee multiple restaurant locations within our group and partner closely with General Managers to drive operations, leadership development, financial performance, staffing, guest satisfaction, and overall brand standards. This position will require oversight of French Quarter locations, so candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment unique to the New Orleans market.


Ideal candidates should have:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience

• Strong FOH and BOH operational knowledge

• Experience overseeing high-volume, full-service restaurant concepts

• Experience developing and coaching salaried managers

• Strong financial acumen including labor, cost control, and P&L management

• Ability to lead multiple teams and drive accountability across locations

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be willing to oversee and regularly work within French Quarter restaurant locations


Preferred experience:

• Fine dining and upscale casual restaurant experience

• Experience with New Orleans or destination-market hospitality operations

• Multi-concept or restaurant group experience

• Experience managing teams in high-tourism environments
