Job description

The Sr. Product Manager - Shipper Integrations leads and optimizes shipper EDI and API onboarding processes for Amazon Freight. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end integration lifecycle, driving process improvements, and coordinating between multiple stakeholders to ensure successful shipper onboarding while maintaining high shipper satisfaction. The Integrations Product Manager plays a crucial role in scaling AF enterprise and mid-market business by developing integration capabilities, standardizing processes, and driving efficiency across NA and EU.
Key job responsibilities
EDI and API Onboarding Management:
- Manage end-to-end EDI and API self-onboarding requests for shippers, including scoping technical requirements and prioritizing work for TransEDI engineers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and shippers, providing troubleshooting and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Ensure successful shipper onboarding following Amazon Freight mapping and shipper requirements.
- Aggregate additional shipper requests and insights to inform product and tech teams.
- Create and manage comprehensive intake and sign-off processes, including detailed templates and structured AF Ops involvement.
- Develop and implement a clear EDI prioritization framework for onboarding requests across NA.
- Capacity Planning: Validate and request capacity planning for EDI integration resources based on projected growth.
- Rating API Self-Onboarding: Share API documentation with shippers once an approved pipeline is in place.
- Serve as the main point of contact for shippers to troubleshoot and answer questions related to API self-onboarding.
- Simplify self-onboarding steps and develop more comprehensive guides/materials.
- Develop an AF EDI external onboarding guide with standardized mappings for common shipper requests, in collaboration with TransEDI.
- Oversee relationships with external EDI and API service providers, including 3P middleware vendors
- Manage invoices, POs, and payments for vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and raise concerns in weekly/monthly flash reports
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, pipeline, and key metrics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
