Job description

Company
:
DLX Deals
Title:
Warehouse Workflow Coordinator
Location:
North Canton, OH

Role Overview
We're looking for an ambitious hire with a solid warehouse foundation who can see the bigger picture. Someone willing to start on the floor, master our receiving process, and then grow with us into the technology side of our company - DLX Deals. This role begins hands-on and evolves into more of a technical position as the candidate proves out the warehouse workflow process.

Core Responsibilities
Phase 1 — Foundation (Hands-On Receiving) Own the definition and implementation of the receiving process for all warehouse merchandise. Day-to-day this includes forklift operation, data capture, physical counts, photographing and uploading product imagery, and working fluently inside our WMS. Expect light lifting and physical exertion as a normal part of the job and note that this doesn't fully go away even as the role shifts toward technology.
Phase 2 — Growth (Technology & Optimization) As the receiving process stabilizes, the role transitions into flow optimization, internal workflow logic, automated equipment integration, machine interaction and functionality, machine learning and AI applications, anomaly handling, and solution generation. The person in this seat will help us build out and scale this segment of the business.

Training will be offered throughout both phases. Prior system optimization experience is not required.

Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is required
WMS experience (Warehouse Management System) is required; ShipHero experience is ideal
Forklift experience is required
Ambition and intellectual curiosity - willingness to be taught, and eventually to teach others
This role will require flexibility in hours (for system issues)
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds
