The Monogram Showroom & Design Center Manager is responsible for leading the operations of the Chicago Monogram Design Center while driving designer engagement and education through Monogramโ€™s sales programming. This role will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to strengthen relationships within the design community, elevate the Monogram luxury brand experience, and support business growth. Working closely with a talented team of design leaders, sales, marketing, and other Monogram Design Center locations, this leader will deliver exceptional showroom experiences and expand Monogram's presence both locally and nationally.

How Youโ€™ll Create PossibilitiesResponsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for the Monogram Design Center and designer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the showroom team to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
  • Oversee all showroom operations, including event planning, logistics, and day-to-day management.
  • Lead individual and group designer training sessions, both in person and virtually.
  • Drive Monogram brand growth in the Chicago market and support nationwide initiatives by partnering with Sales and Marketing to achieve business objectives and profitability.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with specifiers, designers, architects (SDAs), trade professionals, and consumers within the showroom and key industry organizations, including NKBA, ASID, and BIDN.
  • Grow and manage Monogram's Trade Partner Program and Material Bank presence.
  • Develop and execute national and local designer event strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Establish and drive designer engagement metrics and operating rhythms.
  • Serve as a luxury appliance expert, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the Monogram brand to designers and consumers.
  • Manage and coordinate chef-led cooking demonstrations and experiential events, both in person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Field Sales teams to execute market-specific growth strategies.
  • Generate sales leads and referrals while managing a client portfolio.
  • Capture leads from all Monogram Design Center activations in Salesforce for Market Sales Manager follow-up, local relationship management, and ongoing development of the trade CRM strategy.
What Youโ€™ll Bring to Our TeamBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in marketing, showroom operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with designers and specifying products.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to GE Appliances facilities and customer locations as needed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Kitchen design credentials such as AKBD, CKD, or equivalent.
  • Experience within the appliance industry or luxury brand sales.
