FreightTAS LLC is a recruiting firm specializing in logistics and freight forwarding. We are currently hiring for multiple clients (freight brokerages, trucking, 3PLs, and forwarders) seeking commission-based freight sales professionals.

Each client offers the same compensation structure: high commissions (25% to 70% of gross profit) plus a weekly draw of $1,000 for the first 2-3 months as a safety net while you build your book of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new B2B shippers for domestic freight (FTL, LTL, intermodal) and/or international freight (air, ocean, customs brokerage).
  • Build and manage a book of recurring freight business.
  • Negotiate rates with shippers and coordinate with client operations teams.
  • Meet weekly sales activity goals (calls, quotes, meetings).

Compensation Structure

  • Commission: 25% to 70% of gross profit per shipment (uncapped, residual income).
  • Weekly draw: $1,000 per week for the first 2-3 months (recoverable draw against future commissions).
  • First year earning potential: $120K -$350K+ depending on performance.
