Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 8am-9pm | Saturdays 8am-8pm

Our Freeway Chevrolet location in Chandler, AZ is currently seeking Automotive Sales Consultants who will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a professional, stress-free, and customer-focused experience. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, recommend vehicles that fit their needs, and help drive dealership success through exceptional service and product knowledge. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact through delivery
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, features, technology, and financing options
  • Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Respond to phone, online, and showroom inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Track customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Automotive sales experience preferred
