Our Freeway Chevrolet location in Chandler is seeking Appointment Setters to connect with customers, schedule appointments, and help create a strong first impression of our dealership. This role is ideal for strong communicators who enjoy helping people and want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule sales and service appointments
  • Provide clear, professional, and helpful customer interactions at all times
  • Coordinate communication between customers and dealership teams
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and notes in CRM systems
  • Multitask between live conversations and data entry
  • Support a high-volume, fast-paced call environment

Qualifications

  • 1 year of phone sales or outbound call center experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using computer systems and basic software tools
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
