About the role:
Everest is seeking for a hands-on Sr. Manager, Workday HR Reporting & Analytics to help advance our reporting & analytics capabilities by leveraging existing technologies that follow industry best practices.
This role is based in Warren, NJ and follows a hybrid work schedule. Everest's hybrid model includes three days in the office and two days working from home.
What You'll Do
Data Governance
  • Champion data governance, data quality and data accuracy.
  • Maintain data definitions (dictionary).
  • Perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Triage initial requests and assess requirements, scope and prioritization.
  • Ensure proper report security is maintained and users have appropriate access.

Reporting, Dashboarding and Analytics
  • Lead the support, administration, and continuous improvement of Human Resources reporting processes and service delivery.
  • Plan and develop reporting and analytics projects based on business requirements.
  • Deliver executive-ready meaningful reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights using a variety of tools such as Workday, Power BI, Excel, etc.
  • Develop Workday reporting solutions using calculated fields, discovery boards, worksheets, and other Workday analytics capabilities.
  • Conduct data extracts, analyze and infer insights to guide effective business decisions.
  • Review system upgrades and releases to determine overall impact, conduct testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality.
  • Serve as SME for Human Resources reporting used internally or externally.
  • Proactively researches new Workday & PowerBI reporting functionality to determine how best to meet user needs.
  • Provide clear interpretation of Human Resources data and provide respective recommendations.
  • Partner with members of the team to develop creative solutions for delivering data and insights to leaders, employees, and HR professionals.
  • Responsible for partnering with 3rd Party consultants to produce annual Government reporting (i.e. EEO-1, VETS etc.)

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in Workday Report writing, Discovery Boards (dashboards), data sources, calculated fields, and security in Workday.
  • Experience with Workday PRISM and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, data quantitative analysis and data stewardship.
  • Expert in inferring trends and insights from employee data.
  • Comprehend business requirements and user needs and transform them to operational reports.
  • Program and project management skills and ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills; able to see the broad implication of decisions and use data to make effective judgments.
  • Strong collaborative and consulting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience communicating at the executive level.
  • College degree in a technical field relevant to business process engineering; Computer Science, Statistics, preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $175,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
