EBAD is positioned to double in size in the next 3-5 years, and we are seeking a visionaryVice President of Engineeringto lead this transformation and shape the future of our organization. You will lead the engineering team responsible for designing and developing energetic and electronic products to support our Launch Vehicle, Missile's, Satellite and Warfighter markets.

This business has experienced unprecedented growth in support of our customer's missions and is seeking an accomplished individual to fill the position of Vice President of Engineering.

The Candidate We Are Looking For:

• BS/MS in an engineering discipline
• Minimum of 15+ years of project, design, or related energetics and electronics engineering experience
• Experience in managing, training, mentoring and coaching leaders
• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology industries preferred
• Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for people, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Proven experience in leading products through all stages of product development and into production
• Demonstrated problem solving, root cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change
• Demonstrated experience in improving engineering or manufacturing processes to improve profit margins or lead time metrics
• Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance and be capable of working on U.S. DoD and ITAR restricted products

Compensation and Rewards

We recognize that world-class leaders deliver world-class impact, and we reward accordingly. This role offers a competitive executive package that includes:

Base Salary: $225k - $275k plus annual bonus

Executive Relocation: Comprehensive support for a seamless transition
