I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously held sales and management roles with Verizon. Those experiences helped shape my passion for leadership, customer service, and helping people find the right solutions.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nikki Bisceglia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
