What is a freelance trauma informed coach?

A freelance trauma informed coach is a professional who provides support and guidance to individuals by using coaching techniques that are sensitive to the effects of trauma. Unlike traditional coaching, trauma informed coaching recognizes the impact of past traumatic experiences on a person's current well-being and behavior.
