Exhibit Pros | Nationwide Travel Required

Exhibit Pros is expanding our field operations team, and we are seeking experienced Show Site Leads to manage the successful installation and dismantle of high-profile trade show exhibits across the U.S.
If you are an experienced trade show professional who knows how to lead crews, solve problems on-site, and deliver clean, professional builds—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead and participate in on-site installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits
  • Supervise crews and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and deadline expectations

  • Coordinate with internal Project Managers and clients to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage labor and logistics on-site (union and non-union environments)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute show-site challenges quickly and professionally
  • Travel nationwide to major convention cities to oversee exhibit builds and dismantles
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in the trade show / exhibit industry

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage crews and labor efficiently under pressure
  • Experience working in convention centers and understanding show rules
  • Hands-on knowledge of exhibit systems such as:
     beMatrix
    Aluvision
    Custom builds and modular exhibit structures
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
Travel Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

This role requires frequent nationwide travel, including:
  • Early morning call times
  • Late nights and long show days
  • Weekend installs and dismantles
  • Fast-paced travel schedules depending on show demands
Applicants must be fully available and willing to travel regularly.
