• Lead curation and booking for shows in your city, sourcing high-quality, diverse artists and unique venues
• Build and execute your city’s event strategy: show frequency, neighborhoods, themes, and growth plans
• Own your local promotion and ticket sales. You are the marketing engine for your city, using social media, community relationships, press, and grassroots tactics to fill every show
• Own staffing and show quality for your events, ensuring every guest, artist, and venue has an exceptional experience (we'll facilitate payment for event staff and provide robust customer service to attendees)
• Manage financial performance, keeping events profitable and healthy
• Identify and partner with community organizations to broaden Sofar’s reach and co-promote shows
• Support inbound global brand partnership activations with seamless, high-quality event execution
• Collaborate with other Sofar producers globally to share what’s working and grow the network
