Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative with excitement to play their part in achieving our ambitious acquisition and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and quantitative objectives. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with prospects, and provide exceptional service. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a group of people committed to helping our prospects focus on what matters most while directly contributing to the company's success. This role's OTE (on-target earnings) is $80-90K (for your first full year) with a base salary of $50K (with a 4-month commission guarantee during ramping/training period) and uncapped commission. The OTE is based upon successfully hitting the performance metrics established for the role.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactive Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential and existing prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels through team structure and independent execution to generate sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Rapport Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service and product recommendations.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Membership offerings, including but not limited to; features, benefits, value propositions, portfolio culmination, etc.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain true and accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management through integrated CRM platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft).

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Member Services teams to develop and implement strategies, best practices, notable updates, etc.

  • Feedback Gathering/ Rapport Building: Gather relevant and robust feedback from prospects and relay the information to the Regional Sales Director you support qualitatively and quantitatively.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Prospect Qualification: Research, generate, and route qualified prospects to Regional Sales Directors, supporting them in all aspects of the business, according to the qualification parameters set by the organization.

  • Pipeline Development: Use individual and team strategies developed to engage with new and database opportunities within the parameters set forth by leadership.

  • Integrity: Be resilient in receiving/giving feedback and insights to team members while understanding the greater good of the organizational integrity.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or equivalent individual contributory role. Preferably within the luxury goods or high-end retail industry.

  • B2C sales including relationship selling (active listening, rapport building, drivers uncovered)

  • Proven track record of quota attainment (quantitative data required)

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, discovery uncovering, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales background including objection handling and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and elicit trust with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to recognize uncertainties and ask questions.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance with a positive attitude and proven reliability.
