Job description

Who We Are

For too long, the bra industry was stuck in outdated ideas, forcing women to choose between feeling sexy or comfortable. So in 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra'el Cohen created Thirdlove–a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best.

Prioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards, Thirdlove disrupted the industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz. The result was a more precise fit that offered comfort without sacrificing style. Today, Thirdlove remains an innovative design-led brand, handling everything from R&D to the supply chain in-house to get every detail just right.

How We Work

Our culture is inclusive, collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven. We've been certified as a Great Place to Work® for four consecutive years, based on feedback from our own team. If you want to make an impact while propelling your career forward, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an innovative and engaging Assistant Store Manager for our ThirdLove boutique in Lenox Square. This leader will support and inspire dynamic teams, foster exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales to achieve business goals. They will embody ThirdLove's values while ensuring operational excellence and a welcoming store environment. As a key part of the leadership team, they will also collaborate on store-driven initiatives with the HQ team and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

  5. Plan and execute in-store events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales growth.
  6. Stay agile and adaptable, learning and leveraging new technologies and systems like Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace to optimize performance.
  7. Collaborate on scheduling and payroll management to meet business needs effectively.
  8. Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and a consistent 40-hour workweek.
