Our success depends heavily on the reliability and efficiency of our IT systems. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage our critical IT infrastructure, implement innovative solutions, and support a diverse range of teams to ensure seamless operations across our retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Maintain IT Infrastructure
    Oversee and support essential IT systems, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, and both software and hardware platforms.

  • Retail and Wholesale Support
    Provide timely system support and troubleshooting for our warehouse, corporate office, and retail locations to ensure smooth operations.

  • Platform Management & Integration
    Manage and optimize critical retail platforms such as ShopifyLightspeedHyperspace, and Shipstation. Implement necessary updates and troubleshoot any system-related issues.

  • System Updates & Training
    Roll out software and system updates across teams, providing training on new features and functionality to ensure all staff are up to speed with the latest tools and processes.

  • Social Media Management
    Maintain and troubleshoot Facebook Meta Suite, staying on top of changes, updates, and new features relevant to our social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram.

  • System Integrations & Feature Enhancements
    Stay informed about new system features, apps, and integrations. Ensure systems are properly functioning and aligned with business needs through regular updates.

  • Knowledge Management
    Keep current with necessary system updates for platforms like GoDaddy and Microsoft Exchange, ensuring systems are secure, optimized, and compliant.

 
  • Proven Experience in systems administration, ideally in retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ShopifyLightspeedHyperspace, and Shipstation.
  • Expertise in Facebook Meta SuiteGoDaddy, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot across a variety of platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT security, network management, and system integrations.
