Bally's Intralot is a leading provider of lottery, iLottery, sports betting, and digital gaming solutions, serving regulated gaming organizations across the United States and international markets. By combining Bally's expertise in digital gaming and player engagement with INTRALOT's decades of experience delivering secure lottery technology and operations, Bally's Intralot offers a comprehensive portfolio of innovative gaming solutions.
Position Overview:
Regional Vice President's own multiple customer accounts and external customer projects - including new business development and pre-sales, on behalf of Intralot Inc. The role is the apex relationship between Intralot's customers and its senior management, commercial, operations and delivery teams, reporting to the company's executive team. The RVP owns customer P&Ls, Intralot's business plan for its customers, manages the relationship(s) between Intralot and all customer stakeholders, and is the key escalation point between all local resources and Intralot Inc (and Intralot SA's) regional and global resources. The role reports into the CEO's executive team, with a dotted line to the CEO.
Education:
Degree (or higher education equivalent), specific industry qualification(s) or at least 10-years of industry experience across two or more states/jurisdictions.
APMP practitioner or similar professional level (demonstrable experience is acceptable).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A leader in the lottery industry, or in their current industry, with a track record of exceeding expectations and growing business. Account management, or leadership responsibility for multi-million-dollar business - preferably in the B2G sector, or in the B2B2C sector.
At least 5 years' experience working within business development, pre-sales and bidding within the B2G or B2B2C sector(s).
Has led teams of people directly or indirectly but has experience of management and matrix management.
5-years of board-level or similar accountability - either reporting into the most senior executive level within in an organization or has worked on projects/business activities directly for c-suite/board level management.
Significant stakeholder management experience, preferably B2G.
Understanding of political environments include direct interactions with government relations and lobbying teams.
Understanding or corporate finance and has P&L experience or exposure within the past 5 years.
Familiar with pre-sales, bidding and post sales business techniques and has contributed to overall business development.
Understands technology whether industry specific or in the wider gaming/gambling market. Any preferred candidate will have practical experience in business and technology solutions.
Exceptional communication skills include advanced presenting skills, and experience in working with boards and board-level stakeholders.
Proficient in all MS application - Expert in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools such as Google applications).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and manage multiple Intralot customer accounts with responsibilities including:
Responsible for respective customer P&Ls
Build and delivery of respective customer business plans (revenue and cost of sales). This included creation of investment cases and internal business cases
Relationship management across all respective customer stakeholders
Bridge between local Intralot Inc. resources and management at Intralot Inc and SA.
Oversee the execution of the operations and delivery teams in fulfilling business plans and contractual obligations.
Value creation and business planning across customer accounts to include leading annual planning and revenue and opportunity identification.
Lead business case creation and approvals for customer accounts
Provide direction and leadership on renewals, proposals and new business within existing accounts and new accounts (as required).
Act as apex relationship within responsible accounts and lead issue management and provide solutions, work with customers to limit issue impacting relationships and minimize liquidated damages exposure.
Member of Intralot Inc's leadership team. Represent the company at industry events, stakeholder events and other meetings and conferences as required.
Provide input into commercial and marketing departments to support the evolution of Intralot Inc's product, services, propositions and general offer to the market.
