Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in residents' lives? Join our team and provide exceptional direct nursing care in a supportive SNF/Post-Acute environment. We offer on-the-job training and a chance to grow your career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct, resident-centered nursing care.
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
  • Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition.
  • Educating residents and families on care plans.
  • Ensuring rooms are ready for new admissions and participating in orientation.

What you'll bring:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license.
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
