Celebrating more than 30 years of success, the Orange County Convention Center is the second largest convention facility in the United States, owned and operated by Orange County Government. The center attracts more than 200 events to the Central Florida area each year. As a result, roughly 1.4 million attendees contribute approximately $2.1 billion to the area's annual economy. Orange County Convention Center is The Center of Hospitality. Located in the heart of the tourism district area, it serves as the perfect event destination.
Representative Duties
Performs shop duties, assists with rigging duties and receives on-the-job training. Meets the Center of Hospitality (CoH) standards. Must be able to work irregular hours according to show activity including nights, weekends and holidays.

Salary Information
Compensation is based on experience/certification. Note: All Incoming (or returning) On-Call riggers will (re)start at $20.00/hour. Shortly after hire, there is a training and certification process. Compensation may be adjusted after training/ certification based on performance/ experience at the discretion of management as follows:
Rigger 4: $38.00 hr/ly
Rigger 3: $33.00 hr/ly
Rigger 2: $28.00 hr/ly
Rigger 1: $25.00 hr/ly
Apprentice: $20.00 hr/ly

Educational Requirements
