• Conduct detailed psychosocial evaluations and assessments to understand each student’s unique mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Implement therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches in sessions to foster resilience and coping skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating specific goals, interventions, and modifications based on ongoing assessments.
• Coordinate with school personnel, including teachers and administrators, and collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to provide integrated care for students.
• Provide crisis intervention services, assisting students in high-risk situations and ensuring safety plans are established and communicated effectively.
• Document case notes and treatment progress meticulously to comply with ethical and legal standards while ensuring continuity of care.
• Lead group therapy and psychoeducation sessions, focusing on topics relevant to the student population, such as stress management, peer relationships, and emotional regulation.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. This position emphasizes early intervention and prevention strategies, allowing you to empower students to achieve academic success while promoting their emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a preference for experience working in educational environments.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
