This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Our innovative practice utilizes video conferencing technology to facilitate therapy sessions, eliminating the need for commuting and providing flexibility to manage your work-life balance. You will have autonomy in setting your schedule, ensuring that you can prioritize your mental health alongside your professional responsibilities.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult clients to address a variety of mental health concerns, utilizing telehealth technologies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of the client’s progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively support clients in overcoming challenges.

• Document and maintain detailed, accurate client records and session notes in a timely manner to comply with legal and regulatory standards.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions, sharing insights and learning from peers to continually enhance clinical skills.

• Provide crisis intervention and adjust treatment approaches as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Our primary client base consists of adults seeking support for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives, assisting them on their journey towards improved emotional health and resilience.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• An active mental health license, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults is essential.

• Strong writing skills for documentation and communication with clients and the clinical team.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against your license in any jurisdiction.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices along with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not required.
