Job description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services for clients throughout Texas. This role is focused on real clinical care: meeting clients where they are, helping them name what they are experiencing, and supporting them as they work toward healthier patterns and better day-to-day coping.

You will spend your time providing virtual therapy, completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting client progress. The role is a good fit for an LCSW who values thoughtful client conversations, organized care, and the ability to provide quality therapy through telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy through virtual appointments
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client needs
  • Build treatment plans that support each client’s goals
  • Help clients manage concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life adjustments
  • Document sessions and treatment updates accurately and on time
  • Review client progress and make clinical adjustments when appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable care standards
  • Use telehealth and electronic record systems to manage client care

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Texas LCSW license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions

Benefits

  • $115,000–$120,000 per year
  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Remote / telehealth work setting
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • Health Insurance
  • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match
  • Full benefits package

If you are looking for a remote LCSW role where you can focus on meaningful clinical work and consistent client care, we would be glad to review your resume.
