Odyssey House of Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position specializing in school settings. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches, in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting goals and defining measurable outcomes.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Offer timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and effective safety planning when required.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring treatment fidelity.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to different client needs.

Qualifications
