• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches, in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting goals and defining measurable outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Offer timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and effective safety planning when required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring treatment fidelity.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to different client needs.

This role focuses on a diverse range of clients, primarily students and their families, who seek support for various mental health challenges. You will engage with children, adolescents, and their guardians to form a deep understanding of their emotional needs and assist them in developing coping strategies to navigate their challenges. Each demographic requires unique approaches and sensitivity to cultural and individual differences, which is crucial in making a positive impact.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on therapy delivery.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their applications in clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for effective client interaction and collaboration with team members.
