This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients throughout Texas. You will be provided with the necessary tools and resources to deliver effective therapy and maintain consistent client engagement.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's history, strengths, and goals, thereby crafting personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy while providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Facilitate online psychoeducational workshops and support groups, addressing issues such as anxiety management and coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and develop safety plans for clients in acute distress.
• Educate clients on mental health disorders, therapy processes, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending team meetings, training sessions, and staying abreast of the latest mental health research.

Your clients will primarily include adults facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. You will play a crucial role in breaking down stigmas related to mental health while fostering a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is required.
• Profound understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience performing comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and contribute to a positive work culture.

• Experience with telehealth therapy and virtual client engagement.
• Proven skills in leading group therapy sessions or workshops.
• Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health care.
