We specialize in maintaining and enhancing properties such as shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial sites and HOAs. We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Actively prospect and secure high-value commercial maintenance contracts, including:

oย ย Shopping centers

oย ย Office buildings

oย ย Condominiums and apartment complexes

oย ย Homeownerโ€™s Associations (HOAs)

oย ย City and Industrial properties

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Promote the companyโ€™s full suite of services:

oย ย Tree trimming

oย ย Landscape, Hardscape, Renovations and Additions

oย ย Gravel replenishment

oย ย Synthetic turf installation

oย ย One-time cleanups

Key Responsibilities

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Identify and contact qualified leads in your network or local market.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Present our services professionally.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate on-site property walk-throughs with our operations team.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Gather site details and specs to assist in the proposal process.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Follow up, negotiate, and close new maintenance contracts or one-time jobs.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Oversee the service quality on accounts you secure.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Help generate additional services such as tree trimming or renovations.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Build and maintain strong professional relationships with property managers, key decision-makers and our maintenance teams.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Attend meetings as needed to address opportunities, concerns, or issues related to client accounts.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Oversee the quality of services performed on accounts brought in, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Meet with Clients as requested.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Maintain and manage your own lead database and sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably within landscaping, construction, or property services.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Existing professional relationships in the commercial property industry are highly valued.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Holding a contractor's license is a plus.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Self-motivated, organized, and professional in all client interactions.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Must adhere to company standards for communication, using Valley Verde Landscapingโ€™s phone lines, uniform, emails, and business-branded materials.

Compensation and Benefits:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Base Monthly Commission on properties obtained and under contractย on annual maintenance contracts

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Commission on one-time jobs.
