What You’ll Do as a Project Manager

As a project manager, you will lead all phases of architectural design projects across Dallas while serving as the main client point of contact:

  • Present capabilities and pursue new opportunities to win design projects in Dallas
  • Organize, schedule, and lead meetings with clients, consultants, and construction teams
  • Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants to ensure project alignment
  • Review space planning and design solutions for code compliance and alignment with client goals
  • Secure client approvals for planning, design, and FF&E selections

What You Bring

  • 4–8+ years of experience as a project manager in architectural or interior design, ideally focused on workplace/tenant projects in Dallas or similar markets
  • Degree in Interior Design or related design field (or equivalent experience)
  • Interior Design (RID) licensure required
  • Strong understanding of the full design and construction process
  • Knowledge of building systems (MEP, structural) and applicable codes (ADA/TAS)
