Job description

Position Overview

The Sr Project Manager - Interior Design is responsible for supporting the Corporate Interior Design team through comprehensive oversight of global project workflows. Core responsibilities include managing multi region design schedules, developing and maintaining a master consolidated schedule for all global markets, and tracking, monitoring, and reporting on design progress, contractual deliverables, and overall project status. The role requires producing weekly updates and preparing high quality executive level presentations for senior leadership.

In addition, this position leads global project administration efforts, coordinates cross regional communication, and supports senior leadership with strategic planning and operational needs. The incumbent will apply advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful execution of global development and capital initiatives. The role further contributes to the creation and maintenance of department standards, training materials, and design documentation.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the company's standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Global Master Schedule, deadlines, executive presentation timelines, and associated travel planning.

  • Prepare Monthly Executive Presentations and Monthly Interior Design Status Reports in InDesign.

  • Create and maintain expense reports for senior leadership.

  • Coordinate travel logistics, meeting agendas, and conference calls.

  • Manage and update the Weekly Interior Design Presentation Folder.

  • Assist in developing Department Design Guidelines and Training Manuals.

  • Maintain and update internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.

  • Provide advanced technical support using MS Projects, Primavera, Adobe InDesign, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.

  • Prepare competition submissions and corporate design presentation packages.

  • Manage photography scheduling and documentation for all new projects.

  • Must have prior experience managing an Interior Design team.

  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.

  • Perform job duties in a safe manner.

  • Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • Minimum five years' experience in interior design project coordination or project management.

  • This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience managing multimilliondollar newbuild and capital expenditure (CapEx) interior design projects across multiple regions in the United States and Asia, demonstrating strong capability in navigating complex timelines, diverse cultural and regulatory environments, and multidisciplinary design teams.

  • Experience managing an Interior Design team.

  • Advanced computer skills including MS Projects, Primavera, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
