What are freelance process servers?

Freelance process servers are independent professionals who are hired to deliver legal documents, such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints, to individuals involved in court cases. They are not employed by a single law firm or government agency but work on a contract or per-job basis for attorneys, courts, or private parties. Their main responsibility is to ensure that legal documents are delivered in accordance with the law, providing proof of service for use in legal proceedings.

These skills and qualities are essential to ensure legal compliance, timely delivery of documents, and professional client service.
