Overview

Provide cross-capability support for AEO/GEO by strengthening how brands show up across Reddit, social platforms, creator content, influencer ecosystems, and community-driven discovery surfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Identify the most influential social, Reddit, creator, and community surfaces shaping AI-generated answers and consumer discovery.
  • Translate brand priorities into practical social and influencer activation opportunities that improve visibility, credibility, citations, and sentiment.
  • Support Reddit/community strategy, including conversation mapping, topic prioritization, subreddit relevance, creator/community partnerships, and engagement recommendations.
  • Partner with SEO/GEO teams to understand which social and community signals may influence AI visibility and answer inclusion.
  • Develop prompt-informed content and conversation hypotheses for priority brands and categories.
  • Recommend practical Shared channel activations that can be executed by social, influencer, PR, or community teams.
  • Help document learnings from pilots so teams can understand what worked, what did not, and what should scale.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in social strategy, influencer strategy, Reddit/community strategy, or social listening.
  • Understanding of how social platforms, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, creators, and forums influence consumer trust and AI/search discoverability.
  • Comfortable working across strategy and activation.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex digital/social behavior for non-expert stakeholders.
  • Experience with regulated or brand-sensitive categories preferred.

 Compensation Range: USD $46.81 - USD $67.29/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
