  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach within the Recruitment & Staffing sector.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate screening and interviews through offer management and placement confirmation.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates across relevant disciplines and industries.

  • Partner with internal hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Write compelling, SEO-optimized job advertisements for English-speaking talent in the United States and internationally.

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

  • Contribute to business development by identifying new talent opportunities and supporting expansion of Recruitment & Staffing operations in the United States market.


Requirements

  • Native or fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for this role.

  • Must have experience in recruitment โ€” prior hands-on experience within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is a mandatory requirement.

  • Must be able to invoice โ€” candidates must operate as a freelance professional with the ability to issue invoices for services rendered.

  • Must be able to follow a 1 day on site training in Los Angeles โ€” attendance at our Los Angeles location for initial onboarding and training is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and clients alike.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a freelance professional within a collaborative team framework.
