What is a freelance manager?

Freelance Managers are professionals who oversee and coordinate freelance workers or teams, often for companies or agencies that rely on independent contractors for various projects. Their responsibilities include recruiting freelancers, assigning tasks, monitoring project progress, handling contracts, and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. They serve as a bridge between clients and freelancers, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
